The Summer Term is made up of brief periods of work punctuated by holy days, half terms, public examinations and Sports Day. Few things happen that are news¬worthy and few people have the time or inclination for writing so your magazine is short. However you are about to disperse to a wide variety of interesting destinations to see and do exciting things, and so many of you should have much to write about next term.

We would like to pay tribute here to your school captain, for the past two years, Barry McInerney, who is leaving. Ho has carried out his duties well and his stocky figure will be greatly missed next year not least on the football field. We would like to wish him every success in his career.

A happy holiday (bonnes vacances to Mr. Baring Gould) to you all - boys and Staff.
