Rugby is a national sport, and has been for some considerable time. Unfortunately, this fact is not recognised in the greater proportion of English schools. I'm glad to say this is no longer the ease in our school. Under the guidance of Mr. Tufnell and Mr. James, Rugby was introduced into the school at the beginning of this term. The game has a small but ardent following in the 5th and 6th forms, and something resembling a school XV has been formed. In the future years I hope to see the game extended throughout the school as it is obvious to those who play that it is a far superior game to football! We must wait and see.
