Existence

Picking the bones of existence,
The scavenger of time imparts on its furtive meal.

It plays to the onlookers,
They laugh, shout, jeer at the erratic antics of degraded beings.

The Masters of Existence play the final move,
For on the eternal chessboard the pieces are moving,
Destroying each other,
Ending existence in trying to promote it.
