Perhaps we were, but for all this it proved to be a most enjoyable evening and the programme was completed, which was no mean achievement in itself.

A number of new school athletic records were established as a result of all that went on in these few months, and they are listed below. Overall results in the District and 1913 Association championships were disappointing really, the exception being the Senior team. So congratulations to the Seniors and goodbye to many of them, who have now left the School. They have been team members for the past seven years and recorded many fine performances. They will be missed next year, but others will take their place, and the tradition will continue.
