Cell

All alone in a dark, dingy room,
A shaft of light peers down from a window,
Highlighting a wizened old face.
Obscured from the outside world.
A brick wall is the world's face.

He is a convict, wrongly accused.
No company, no pity he receives.
Lonely, isolated, desperate.
Several commit suicide for notice
Nobody notices, no-one cares.
