Shipwreck

On a cold and stormy winter's night,
A ship was out at sea.
The people inside cuddled tight,
And drank their mug of tea.

As the water rose up higher,
The ship began to bob.
The people, they were very scared,
And some began to sob.

Suddenly 'twas over,
The ship lay on the land.
The people came and saw,
An island all of sand.

The people stranded on the island,
Are worried for their lives.
A ship is all that they can hope for,
To wipe away their sighs.
