(20 July 2009) This weekend I shall be having a go at breaking my club's 24hr record...on a bicycle.

(28 July 2009) Oh well. I missed the club record by miles - 36 of them in fact. But I did get the national age category prize for 412.48 miles in total. Salvo obviously taught me how to endure pain - and it certainly was painful at times.
