I was always at the arse end of the bunch but never got off or gave up I was riding with people 20to 30+ yrs my junior and one or two older, plus I rode my flat bar bike not a lightweight road bike, if you can remember Alf Tupper the tough of the track from either the victor or the lion comics well that’s me. Plus it was one of the things to do that I have on my list of life's goals.
