One teacher I was not so fond of was Hooper:- I was in the classes where Hooper would ruler the last person into the class after P.E. regardless if that person was late or not. The first time it happened Hooper walked into the class after all the students and said, "right, you was the last in". The little squeaky voice of Seamus Feeny replied "me Sir" and Hooper said "Come here sonny". He made Feeny bend over the desk and proceeded to ruler him across the backside with his metal ruler.
